About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and guidance in directing and developing the technician and GA staff team
- Ensure hospital FM and GA operations and initiatives are established and implemented effectively
- Manage operations according to approved budgets and agreed performance targets
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory, licensing, and accreditation requirements
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Sanitarian, Occupational Health and Safety (K3), Civil/Electrical Engineering, or D4 Electromedical Engineering
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar field
- Strong responsibility and communication skills
- Good leadership qualities
