Fluid Management Site Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform fluid sampling for concentration control using refractometers and titration
• Maintain the Fluid Management Dashboard and communicate findings/recommendations to customer management
• Manage inventory, including purchasing fluids and coordinating recharges with the maintenance team
• Monitor lubricant adds and provide metalworking concentrate adds to customers
• Coordinate fluid changeouts with the maintenance team
• Maintain fluid and lubricant storage areas

Requirements

• Engineering degree required (Chemical Engineering preferred)
• US citizenship required
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass background/security checks and drug testing
• Ability to work effectively with personnel at all levels, from operators to plant management

Preferred Qualifications

• Six Sigma certification or similar experience
• Experience handling metalworking/manufacturing fluids or machine lubricants
• Industry experience with metalworking processes and fluids
