FLT Driver

Responsibilities

• Safely operate Counterbalance FLT trucks to support production and haulier operations
• Operate 4.5-ton triple fork vehicles to load and unload HGVs in a busy yard environment
• Direct visiting vehicles during loading and unloading processes
• Maintain smooth flow on production lines within agreed SLAs
• Assist with manual inspection and repair of equipment in the yard
• Handle and rotate stock safely and efficiently while reporting any damage or operational issues

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Counterbalance FLT Driver, preferably in a busy yard or HGV loading setting
• External FLT licence (RTITB or ITSSAR preferred, though in-house licences will be considered)
• Experience operating double or triple fork FLTs is a significant advantage
• Strong safety consciousness and reliability in a fast-paced environment
