Flow of Goods Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Execute competitive logistic solutions by scheduling and monitoring shipments from facilities.
• Manage relationships with ocean carriers, freight forwarders, and trucking companies.
• Handle ocean import/export freight documentation and coordinate with customs brokers.
• Maintain accurate inventory transactions and update tracking tools to monitor KPIs.
• Reconcile freight invoices and track extra costs such as demurrage and detention fees.
• Analyze sales forecasts by store level and manage product availability within assigned groups.
• Support the buying team with stock checks, flyer planning, and identifying overstocks.
• Resolve supplier and shipping claims promptly.

Requirements

• Advanced Excel skills, including proficiency with V-Lookups, Pivot Tables, and formulas.
• Experience in category buying, ordering, or forecasting.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with domestic and overseas partners.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong teamwork and project coordination abilities.
