Flow Inventory Associate

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory by following established CarMax processes
• Receive and secure incoming vehicles and prepare title packets for transfers
• Perform lot maintenance and merchandising to ensure display areas are clean and organized
• Prep vehicles for customer returns and loaners, including washing and vacuuming
• Execute the photo station process for online car listings
• Drive vehicles on and off the lot for repairs, storage, and auction support
• Follow all Environmental, Health and Safety (EH&S) requirements to maintain a clean work area

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet CarMax driving standards
• High school diploma or equivalent work experience preferred
• Ability to read, interpret, and accurately transcribe data for inventory records
• Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to work in both indoor and outdoor environments
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods in a fast-paced environment
