Flow Experience Agent

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional hospitality and professionalism to residents and hotel guests
• Welcome, greet, and register guests while managing special requests and payment information
• Resolve resident and guest inquiries, complaints, and requests for local recommendations
• Partner with the Leasing Team to coordinate move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewal activities
• Manage lobby traffic, communal areas, and the distribution of packages, mail, and messages
• Handle check-outs, cash management, and adherence to cashiering and credit policies
• Organize and maintain administrative documents, package logs, and project trackers
• Collaborate with the community engagement team to execute marketing initiatives and building events
• Maintain flexible availability, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication skills, including reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English
• Computer literacy with the ability to use various software programs
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a high-speed environment
• Flexible availability to meet operational needs, including weekends and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in residential services or hospitality within a luxury environment
• Proficiency in Spanish
• College degree or relevant professional experience
