Flow Controller APU AI

Responsibilities

• Monitor key steps in Level-1 of APU autoinjectors within the Unit Devices.
• Project lead times for product documentation, testing, and release activities.
• Consolidate APU lead times and align them with available capacity.
• Update standard lead times in SAP (ERP) regularly, including GRPT times.
• Coordinate release planning and prioritization based on market requirements.
• Ensure timely APU steps in FaCT and analyze schedule instability.
• Coordinate with SC Product Planners in the 0–3 month horizon (S&OE).
• Collaborate with Product Leaders to ensure demand coverage and identify bottleneck risks.
• Lead weekly FACT and E2E FLOW meetings.

Requirements

• Experience in production planning, flow control, and ERP systems (SAP).
• Strong analytical skills and experience in capacity planning.
• Proven ability to coordinate complex processes and communicate effectively.
• Degree in Supply Chain, Production, or a comparable qualification.
• Fluency in both German and English (written and spoken).
