Responsibilities

• Create visually stunning floral arrangements for birthdays, anniversaries, weddings, and corporate events
• Interpret customer needs to provide customized designs and bouquets
• Assist walk-in, phone, and online customers with selections and expert advice on flower care
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and display areas
• Process flowers including trimming, watering, and arranging stock in optimal condition
• Monitor flower and supply inventory, manage spoilage, and coordinate with vendors for fresh stock
• Participate in deliveries and event set-ups as required

Requirements

• Proven floral design and arrangement skills
• Experience in customer service and client consultation
• Strong knowledge of flower care and maintenance
• Ability to manage inventory and handle supplies effectively
• A keen eye for design and staying updated with floral trends
