Florist Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage, create and design floral arrangements for various occasions and events
• Plan and budget flowers for high volume holidays including ordering, scheduling and delivering
• Monitor special orders of floral displays, bouquets, wreaths, and gifts
• Order and maintain inventory of fresh flowers, plants, and floral supplies
• Check and approve floral decorations to ensure products are aesthetically pleasing
• Manage and oversee a team of florists, providing guidance and training
• Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers to select best quality materials
• Ensure proper care and handling of flowers to maintain freshness and quality
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements

• Indonesian Citizen
• Minimum 2 years of experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or managerial role
• Experience in a luxury resort or high-end floral shop preferred
• Proven working experience with a portfolio
• Extensive knowledge of floral design and different flower types
• Excellent artistic and creative skills
• Eloquent in English communication (written and spoken)
• Diploma degree
