Responsibilities

• Manage all floral requirements for the hotel, including indoor plants and seasonal crops
• Design and create floral displays for weddings, conferences, and special occasions
• Assist in selling and promoting floral services to clients
• Supervise and train temporary floral helpers
• Maintain the greenhouse, flower shop, and herb garden
• Manage inventory of décor supplies and order materials via Birchstreet
• Create estimates, quotes, and invoicing for floral events
• Attend trade shows and floral seminars to stay updated on trends

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in the floral industry
• Valid Alberta Driver's License
• Proven ability in flower arranging and decorating
• Experience in container gardening and plant maintenance
