Floral Merchandiser

Responsibilities

• Visit assigned stores 3 times per week according to the required service schedule
• Organize, merchandise, and refresh fall mum displays to ensure an attractive shopping experience
• Water and care for plants to maintain healthy, vibrant product
• Remove damaged or unsellable product and keep display areas clean
• Ensure all products are correctly priced and labels are clearly visible
• Submit detailed call reports after each visit documenting display condition and inventory
• Follow merchandising standards and communicate inventory or quality concerns

Requirements

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced retail environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to lift and move floral products and display materials
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver's licence
• Strong communication and time management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous plant or garden center experience
