Flooring Helper

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently operate flooring manufacturing equipment
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning on machinery and workspaces
• Utilize computer software related to flooring line operations
• Identify and initiate corrective action for quality or up-time issues
• Assist operators and maintenance personnel with troubleshooting and repairs

Requirements

• Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted
• Good mechanical aptitude
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a small team environment
• Ability to work a rotating shift schedule

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a laminate flooring production plant
• Associate's degree in a mechanical related field
