Floor Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Deliver a top-notch customer experience and drive sales floor performance
• Act as a Key Holder, managing store opening and closing procedures
• Coach associates in real-time to support team development
• Support the management team in delivering an exceptional store experience
• Process new inventory, restock shelves, and handle cashiering duties
• Promote brand vision and new product launches to customers

Requirements

• Prior retail team leader and key holder experience
• Excellent organization and time-management skills
• Ability to walk, stand, bend, reach, and squat for prolonged periods
• Ability to carry up to 20 pounds
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
