Floor Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and support sales on the floor
• Drive daily sales goals and help maintain a motivating, inclusive team environment
• Serve as a key holder, including opening and closing the store
• Coach associates in real time and support store operations
• Process new inventory, restock merchandise, and assist with cashiering

Requirements

• Prior retail team leader experience
• Key holder experience
• Excellent time-management and organizational skills
• Ability to lead by example and resolve issues quickly
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and squat for prolonged periods
• Ability to carry up to 20 pounds
