Floor Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Deliver a top-notch customer experience by engaging with customers and building brand loyalty
• Act as a Key Holder and Leader on Duty, taking ownership of opening and closing procedures
• Drive daily sales performance and coach associates in real-time to meet goals
• Support store operations including processing new inventory, restocking shelves, and cashiering
• Promote brand vision and stay updated on the latest campaigns and product launches

Requirements

• Prior retail team leader and key holder experience
• Strong organization and excellent time-management skills
• Ability to walk, stand, bend, reach, and squat for prolonged periods
• Ability to carry up to 20 pounds
• Confidence in leading by example and resolving issues in the moment
