Floor Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Drive daily sales goals and ensure an exceptional customer experience
• Lead the floor by opening and closing the boutique
• Provide real-time coaching and support to sales associates
• Act as a brand ambassador by promoting new campaigns and product launches
• Manage operational tasks including inventory processing, replenishment, and cash register operations
• Maintain a motivating and inclusive work environment

Requirements

• Previous experience in a team lead or supervisory role
• Experience as a key holder
• Strong expertise in customer service and relationship building
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and squat for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs
• Basic knowledge of English for communication with US-based partners
