About the role
Responsibilities
- Deliver a top-notch customer experience by engaging with customers and building brand loyalty
- Act as a Key Holder and Leader on Duty, managing store opening and closing procedures
- Drive daily sales performance and coach associates in real-time to meet goals
- Support store operations including processing new inventory, restocking shelves, and cashiering
- Promote brand vision and stay updated on the latest campaigns and product launches
Requirements
- Prior retail team leader and key holder experience
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills
- Ability to walk, stand, bend, reach, and squat for prolonged periods
- Ability to carry up to 20 pounds
- Flexibility to work a schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays
