Floor Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Deliver a top-notch customer experience by engaging with customers and building brand loyalty
• Act as a Key Holder and Leader on Duty, taking ownership of opening and closing procedures
• Drive daily sales performance and support the management team in achieving goals
• Coach associates in real-time to maintain high service standards
• Support store operations including processing new inventory, restocking shelves, and cashiering
• Promote the brand vision and stay updated on the latest campaigns and product launches

Requirements

• Prior experience as a retail team leader and key holder
• Excellent organization and time-management skills
• Ability to lead by example and resolve issues effectively in the moment
• Physical ability to walk, stand, bend, reach, and squat for prolonged periods
• Ability to carry up to 20 pounds
