Floor Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Drive daily sales goals and support the management team in delivering an exceptional store experience
• Act as a key holder, taking ownership of opening and closing the store
• Coach associates in real-time to improve performance and maintain brand standards
• Deliver a top-notch customer experience by engaging with customers and building brand loyalty
• Support daily operations including processing new inventory, restocking shelves, and cashiering

Requirements

• Prior retail team leader and key holder experience
• Excellent organization and time-management skills
• Ability to walk, stand, bend, reach, and squat for prolonged periods
• Ability to carry up to 20 pounds
• Flexibility to work a schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays
