Floor Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Drive daily sales goals and ensure an exceptional customer experience
• Lead and coach sales associates in real-time to promote brand standards
• Manage store opening and closing procedures as a key holder
• Support daily operations including inventory processing, replenishment, and cash handling
• Act as a brand ambassador by staying updated on new campaigns and product launches

Requirements

• Previous experience in a team lead or supervisory role
• Proven experience as a key holder
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and squat for long periods
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs
