Floor Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Drive daily sales goals and provide real-time coaching to sales associates
• Lead the floor by managing opening and closing procedures as a key holder
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience through warm, helpful, and engaging interactions
• Support store operations including inventory processing, replenishment, and cash management
• Act as a brand ambassador by promoting new campaigns and product launches

Requirements

• Previous experience in a team lead or supervisory role
• Experience as a key holder in a retail environment
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and squat for long periods
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs
