Floor Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Drive daily sales goals and provide real-time coaching to sales associates
• Lead the boutique floor by managing opening and closing procedures as a key holder
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience through warm, proactive engagement
• Support management in maintaining brand standards and an inclusive work environment
• Execute operational tasks including inventory processing, replenishment, and cash management

Requirements

• Previous experience in a team lead or supervisory role
• Proven experience as a key holder in a retail environment
• Strong expertise in customer service and relationship building
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs
