Floor Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Drive daily sales goals and ensure an exceptional customer experience
• Support the management team in creating a motivating and inclusive work environment
• Act as a key holder responsible for opening and closing the boutique
• Provide real-time coaching and guidance to sales associates
• Manage floor operations including inventory processing, replenishment, and cash register operations
• Promote brand vision and new product launches to customers

Requirements

• Previous experience in a team lead or supervisory role
• Experience as a key holder
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and squat for long periods
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs
• Basic knowledge of English for communication with international partners
