Floor Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Drive daily sales goals and provide real-time coaching to associates
• Lead the opening and closing procedures of the boutique as a key holder
• Ensure an exceptional customer experience through warm and helpful interactions
• Manage floor operations including inventory processing, replenishment, and cash desk operations
• Act as a brand ambassador by promoting new campaigns and product launches

Requirements

• Previous experience in a team lead or supervisory role
• Proven experience as a key holder
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and squat for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs
• Basic knowledge of English is an asset
