Floor Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead the sales floor by delivering an exceptional customer experience that reflects the brand's minimalist and sensual point of view
• Act as a Key Holder and Leader on Duty, taking ownership of opening and closing procedures
• Drive daily sales performance and coach associates in real-time to meet goals
• Support the management team in maintaining brand standards and visual merchandising
• Manage behind-the-scenes operations including processing, restocking, and remerchandising to keep the store running smoothly

Requirements

• Prior experience as a retail team leader and key holder
• Strong organization and time management skills
• Ability to lead by example and resolve issues effectively in the moment
• Ability to walk, stand, bend, reach, and squat for prolonged periods
• Ability to carry up to 20 pounds
