Floor Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead the sales floor by driving daily sales goals and coaching associates in real-time
• Act as a Key Holder and Leader on Duty, taking ownership of opening and closing procedures
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience that aligns with Calvin Klein's brand standards
• Maintain visual excellence by processing, restocking, and remerchandising the sales floor
• Support the Store Manager in driving sales performance and maintaining a motivating team environment

Requirements

• Previous experience as a retail team leader and key holder
• Strong organization and time management skills
• Ability to walk, stand, bend, reach, and squat for prolonged periods
• Ability to carry up to 20 pounds
• Flexibility to work a schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays
