Floor Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Deliver a top-notch customer experience by engaging with customers and building brand loyalty
• Act as a Key Holder and Leader on Duty, managing store opening and closing procedures
• Drive daily sales performance and coach associates in real-time to meet goals
• Support the management team in maintaining an inclusive and motivating team environment
• Execute floor tasks including processing new inventory, restocking shelves, and cashiering
• Act as a Brand Ambassador by staying updated on new campaigns and product launches

Requirements

• Prior retail team leader and key holder experience
• Strong organization and excellent time-management skills
• Ability to walk, stand, bend, reach, and squat for prolonged periods
• Ability to carry up to 20 pounds
• Flexibility to work a schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays
