Floor Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead the sales floor by delivering an exceptional customer experience that aligns with the brand's minimalist and sensual aesthetic
• Act as a Key Holder and Leader on Duty, taking ownership of opening and closing procedures
• Drive daily sales performance and coach associates in real-time to meet business goals
• Maintain brand standards through visual merchandising, restocking, and remerchandising
• Support the Store Manager in daily operations and fostering an inclusive team environment

Requirements

• Prior experience as a retail team leader and key holder
• Strong organization and time management skills
• Ability to lead by example and resolve issues effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Physical ability to walk, stand, bend, reach, and squat for prolonged periods
• Ability to carry up to 20 pounds
