Floor Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise, assist, and motivate sales associates to deliver high-value customer experiences.
• Provide real-time performance coaching and feedback to the team to achieve sales goals and KPIs.
• Manage customer flow to ensure excellent service and that no client is left unattended.
• Drive partnership on the selling floor between sales associates, specialists, stock associates, and operations.
• Lead by example by delivering the Burberry Experience to customers when necessary.
• Resolve difficult customer issues and escalate to management when required.
• Assist with store opening and closing procedures, including securing merchandise and POS procedures.
• Drive the in-store digital experience using available digital resources.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of previous supervisory or management experience in retail sales.
• Advanced knowledge of POS systems.
• Experience with Apple mobile devices and comfort using digital tools.
• Strong understanding of company policies and operational guidelines.
