Floor Supervisor - Behavior Technician (RBT)

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on training, guidance, and mentorship to RBTs
• Model effective clinical techniques and data collection methods
• Lead onboarding for new RBTs, including shadowing and training modules
• Conduct designated training sessions (97153 and 97154)
• Maintain clinic organization and cleanliness
• Provide daily support and resource assistance to the RBT team
• Fill in for RBTs during breaks and lunches to maintain operations
• Act as a mentor to foster professional growth through coaching
• Collaborate with Lead BCBA on performance evaluations
• Participate in recruitment, interviewing, and hiring processes

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Lead RBT in good standing
• Demonstrated competency in RBT roles
• Bachelor’s degree in psychology or early childhood education preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to lead and mentor a team while maintaining clinical standards
