Floor Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Oversee live casino studio operations to ensure game integrity and smooth rotations
• Supervise game presenters and shufflers, ensuring adherence to company standards and dress codes
• Resolve game or staff-related incidents quickly to maintain uninterrupted operations
• Monitor studio equipment and operational safety to identify potential issues
• Conduct regular staff checks and maintain accurate attendance records
• Collaborate with the OCR, Workforce, and Floor Supervisor teams to uphold quality expectations

Requirements

• At least 6 months of experience within ARRISE or 1 year of experience as a Croupier in the Live Casino industry
• Strong knowledge of internal procedures and regulations
• Advanced PC skills, specifically with Office 365
• Fluency in both English and Serbian (written and verbal)
• Availability to work flexible shifts
• Proven track record of high performance (90%+ evaluations) and excellent attendance

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of multiple casino games
• Proficiency in additional foreign languages
