Floor Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Inspect all occupied and non-occupied guest rooms to ensure they meet Fairmont standards for cleanliness, maintenance, and supplies
• Take corrective measures regarding room condition and ensure housekeeping equipment is properly maintained
• Perform daily morning inspections of all vacant rooms and corridors on assigned floors
• Provide on-the-job training for housekeeping staff
• Oversee grooming and conduct standards for the team

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in hotel reception
• Service-focused personality
• Experience working with Opera or a related property management system

Preferred Qualifications

• Fluency in various local and international languages
