About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide professional advice and daily customer service
- Efficiently replenish goods on shelves
- Ensure product availability, correct pricing, and proper display
- Cooperate in building MAKRO's customer-friendly image
- Adhere to health and safety (BHP) requirements
- Collaborate with hall departments and perform professional cashier services
- Complete orders according to quality requirements
- Receive and unload deliveries and handle returns
Requirements
- Enthusiasm and engagement in customer service
- Minimum vocational education
- Availability for shift work, including nights and weekends
- Accuracy and reliability
- Forklift operator license is an advantage
- Valid sanitary-epidemiological booklet (Sanepid) is a plus
