Floor Staff

Responsibilities

• Provide professional advice and daily customer service
• Efficiently replenish goods on shelves
• Ensure product availability, correct pricing, and proper display
• Operate cash registers and handle payments and cash settlements
• Manage unloading, receiving deliveries, and transporting goods to the sales floor
• Handle returns, packaging, and waste disposal
• Register deliveries and enter data into the computer system

Requirements

• Enthusiasm and engagement in customer service
• Minimum vocational education
• Availability for shift work, including nights and weekends
• Accuracy and reliability
• Forklift operator license is a plus
• Valid sanitary-epidemiological booklet (Sanepid) is a plus
