About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide professional advice and daily customer service
- Efficiently replenish stock on shelves
- Ensure product availability, correct pricing, and proper display
- Handle customer service at checkout points according to MAKRO standards
- Participate in order picking processes for customers
- Perform tasks related to unloading and receiving goods deliveries
- Cooperate in building MAKRO's customer-friendly image
- Comply with health and safety (BHP) requirements
Requirements
- Enthusiasm and engagement in customer service
- Minimum vocational education
- Availability for shift work, including nights and weekends
- Accuracy and reliability
- Forklift operator license is an advantage
- Valid sanitary-epidemiological booklet (Sanepid) is a plus
