Floor Manager

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager and Deputy Store Manager in daily operations
• Act as a brand ambassador to represent our premium lifestyle brand
• Drive sales through competent and passionate customer service
• Monitor sales performance and conduct regular analysis of your assigned floor
• Build and maintain relationships with both new and existing customers
• Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising team to optimize product presentation
• Manage omni-channel systems, handle complaints, and perform cashier duties

Requirements

• Previous experience in textile retail is highly desirable
• Strong sales affinity and a passion for customer engagement
• A motivating, confident personality with high social competence
• Ability to work effectively within a team with a hands-on mentality
• Proficiency in English
