Floor Manager

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily floor operations to ensure seamless service
• Lead and motivate service teams to deliver premium guest experiences
• Ensure strict adherence to service standards, hygiene, and presentation protocols
• Conduct pre-service briefings and manage staff shift schedules
• Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to maintain smooth order flow
• Monitor staff performance and assist in training and development
• Support management in achieving revenue and service excellence goals

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in a fine dining restaurant within the UAE
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Professional grooming and a guest-focused attitude
• Fluency in English; additional languages are considered an advantage
