Responsibilities

• Execute and coordinate floor service
• Ensure quality of services and products offered to customers
• Organize and coordinate the team during shifts
• Manage stock replenishment and control
• Contribute ideas to the development of the project
• Work with managers to achieve objectives
• Act as a brand ambassador and guardian of customer satisfaction
• Recommend menus and explain products to customers and staff
• Ensure compliance with food hygiene and safety rules
• Maintain utensils, equipment, and facilities in good condition

Requirements

• Experience in high-volume restaurant environments
• Creative approach with impeccable attention to detail
• Passion for food, beverages, and hospitality
• Fluency in English
• Strong sense of urgency and customer focus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding team environment
• Ability to handle stress in a high-standard setting
