Floor Manager (Operations Coach)

Responsibilities

• Manage all daily activities within operational and back-of-house areas, including cash office, H&S procedures, stock flow, and loss prevention
• Lead, coach, and inspire associates within your designated area to drive performance
• Oversee profit and loss control, customer satisfaction, and shrinkage results
• Identify operational issues and opportunities based on sales and customer feedback
• Assist the Store Manager in delivering a premium consumer and employee experience
• Build strong professional relationships and influence others through confident communication

Requirements

• A passion for NIKE and/or a love of sport
• Previous experience in retail and/or leadership positions
• Very good command of the English language (written and spoken)
• Proven competency in delivering exceptional consumer service
• Ability to coach and develop a strong, motivated team
• Strong communication skills and ability to build networks
• Flexibility to work shifts and on weekends
