Floor Manager

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional, personalized customer service and build brand loyalty
• Execute and coach the sales team on selling programs and product knowledge
• Drive KPIs, operational efficiency, and business development initiatives
• Manage daily floor operations, inventory workflows, and store opening/closing procedures
• Support visual merchandising execution and maintain store presentation standards
• Provide real-time feedback and recommendations to the store leadership team

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a high-traffic retail environment
• Strong organizational, analytical, and critical-thinking skills
• Ability to stand for 8 hours and lift up to 23 kg
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Fluency in both French and English (required)
