Floor Manager

Responsibilities

• Deliver a memorable and personalized customer service experience to build brand loyalty
• Execute and coach the team on sales programs and product expertise
• Drive key performance indicators (KPIs) and achieve individual and team sales targets
• Manage floor operations including opening/closing, inventory, and staff management
• Support visual merchandising initiatives and maintain store presentation standards
• Handle various transactions including purchases, returns, and online order pickups

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a high-traffic retail environment
• Fluency in both French and English is mandatory
• Ability to stand for 8 hours and lift up to 23 kg
• Strong organizational, analytical, and critical thinking skills
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
