Floor Manager

Responsibilities

• Ensure and provide an excellent level of customer service in the store
• Lead and motivate the team to achieve and exceed sales targets
• Organise and distribute tasks and positions to each member of the team
• Ensure the team possesses strong product knowledge and understands key performance indicators
• Coach employees in their training and development by leading by example
• Communicate actively with the team to pass on information affecting sales
• Prioritise customer service above all other operational tasks

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of management experience
• Full flexibility required for a 40-hour work week
• Target-oriented mindset with a focus on driving sales
• Strong communication skills and ability to motivate a team
• Ability to adapt to changes and thrive in a dynamic retail environment
