About the role
Responsibilities
- Ensure and provide an excellent level of customer service in the store
- Lead and motivate the team to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Organise and distribute tasks and positions to each member of the team
- Ensure the team possesses strong product knowledge and understands key performance indicators
- Coach employees in their training and development by leading by example
- Communicate actively with the team to pass on information affecting sales
- Prioritise customer service above all other operational tasks
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of management experience
- Full flexibility required for a 40-hour work week
- Target-oriented mindset with a focus on driving sales
- Strong communication skills and ability to motivate a team
- Ability to adapt to changes and thrive in a dynamic retail environment
