About the role
Responsibilities
- Ensure and provide an excellent level of customer service in the store
- Lead, motivate, and coach the team to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Organize and distribute tasks and positions to each member of the team
- Ensure the team possesses strong product knowledge and understands key performance indicators
- Prioritize customer service above all other tasks to maximize sales
- Communicate actively with the team to pass on information affecting sales performance
- Maintain an active and pleasant atmosphere in the store at all times
