Floor Manager

Responsibilities

• Execute merchandising, marketing, and product strategies to boost sales performance
• Collaborate with the Store Manager and Head Office to deliver brand and business goals
• Lead by example to create an exceptional customer experience on the sales floor
• Drive a high-performing team through clear communication and daily floor leadership
• Ensure smooth daily operations and uphold brand and service standards
• Motivate and develop the team to deliver consistent results

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of people management experience, preferably in retail fashion
• Commercially minded and analytical with ability to influence sales through data
• Experience managing both people and product life cycles
• Previous experience managing large teams and high turnover operations
• Passion for fashion and strong customer orientation
• Flair for Visual Merchandising and brand standards
