Responsibilities
- Execute merchandising, marketing, and product strategies to boost sales performance
- Collaborate with the Store Manager and Head Office to deliver brand and business goals
- Lead by example to create an exceptional customer experience on the sales floor
- Drive a high-performing team through clear communication and daily floor leadership
- Ensure smooth daily operations and uphold brand and service standards
- Motivate and develop the team to deliver consistent results
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years Floor Manager or equivalent experience
- Experience in a High Street fashion background
- Commercially minded and analytical with data-driven influence
- Experience managing large teams of approximately 20 plus
- Experience managing high turnover operations
- Passion for fashion and customer orientation
- Flair for Visual Merchandising and brand standards
