About the role
Responsibilities
- Deliver high level of customer service through expert styling and product knowledge
- Analyse sales data and collaborate with Store Manager to maximise performance
- Lead and motivate Sales Advisors to achieve service and presentation standards
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and training for new team members
- Identify and nurture future talent through development plans
- Oversee daily store operations and ensure alignment with brand standards
- Act as a brand ambassador and step into Store Manager role when required
Requirements
- Proven ability to lead and motivate teams in fast-paced environments
- Experience in coaching, development, and giving constructive feedback
- Solid understanding of retail KPIs and performance driving
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to work varied hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong adaptability and operational excellence
