About the role

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high level of customer service through expert styling and product knowledge
  • Analyse sales data and collaborate with Store Manager to maximise performance
  • Lead and motivate Sales Advisors to achieve service and presentation standards
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and training for new team members
  • Identify and nurture future talent through development plans
  • Oversee daily store operations and ensure alignment with brand standards
  • Act as a brand ambassador and step into Store Manager role when required

Requirements

  • Proven ability to lead and motivate teams in fast-paced environments
  • Experience in coaching, development, and giving constructive feedback
  • Solid understanding of retail KPIs and performance driving
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Ability to work varied hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong adaptability and operational excellence
