Floor Manager - Chets

Responsibilities

• Ensure restaurant and bar areas are H&S compliant each shift
• Run daily briefings for the restaurant and bar team
• Coordinate reservations and draft floor plans based on covers
• Support stock ordering, stock counts, and revenue reporting
• Oversee floor and bar service, opening, and closing procedures
• Work with the culinary team on menus, service, and product availability

Requirements

• Natural leadership and team management skills
• Passion for hospitality and guest experience
• Positive, hands-on approach to service
• Willingness to work collaboratively and support the team
• Open to learning, development, and trying new things
