About the role
Responsibilities
- Ensure restaurant and bar areas are H&S compliant each shift
- Run daily briefings for the restaurant and bar team
- Coordinate reservations and draft floor plans based on covers
- Support stock ordering, stock counts, and revenue reporting
- Oversee floor and bar service, opening, and closing procedures
- Work with the culinary team on menus, service, and product availability
Requirements
- Natural leadership and team management skills
- Passion for hospitality and guest experience
- Positive, hands-on approach to service
- Willingness to work collaboratively and support the team
- Open to learning, development, and trying new things
