About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead floor and bar service to deliver warm, seamless guest experiences
- Run daily briefings and coordinate the reservations system
- Draft floor plans based on covers and support safe opening and closing
- Support stock ordering, stock counts, cash handling, and daily revenue reporting
- Work with the culinary team on menus, service, and product availability
- Help train the team on wine, food, and beverage menus
Requirements
- Experience leading and managing teams by example
- Strong hospitality mindset and guest service focus
- Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Confidence with reservations, floor planning, and cash handling
- Knowledge of health and safety compliance
- Team-oriented, positive, and adaptable attitude
