Floor Manager

Responsibilities

• Support the Brand Leader and Store Manager in motivating the team to deliver an exceptional brand experience.
• Manage day-to-day store operations, including team deployment and floor planning.
• Lead and coach the stylist team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
• Oversee first-line customer queries across online systems, including emails, chats, and calls.
• Ensure the store is commercially driven by maintaining high visual merchandising standards and showcasing best-selling products.
• Manage people matters such as performance reviews, attendance, and return-to-work interviews.

Requirements

• A genuine passion for fashion and the ability to act as a brand ambassador.
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to coach and inspire a team.
• Strong commercial awareness and a drive to exceed KPIs and sales targets.
• Digital literacy and a natural affinity for learning new systems and reporting technologies.
• Resilience and tenacity to succeed in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage rotas and floor plans.
